Rachit Poddar is a second generation Entrepreneur & Investor aged 25, based in India, Dubai & London. He is leading the Venture Capital & Diversification division as an Executive Director at Rachit Group, headquartered in Surat, India predominantly into the textiles industry since 1992. The group of companies are one of the market leaders in manufacturing wide range of textile fabrics and designer ethnic wear for women. It serves to premium retailers and wholesellers across PAN India and 10+ countries. The group’s mission is to build and invest into sustainable and impactful businesses across the globe. His purpose is to impact millions of people through his portfolio companies. To work on this mission, he is leading IVY Growth Associates as a founding partner. It is a MicroVC & Angel Network having 300+ Angels in the community aiming to create an impact in global startup ecosystem with over 40+ investments across sectors like Edtech, EV, Agritech, SAAS, D2C, FinTech etc. & stages from Pre Seed to Series A funding rounds. He has also personally invested in 15+ Startups and partnered with companies across the value chain of venture capital like Incubator, Accelerator, Angel Network, Micro Funds, AIF Fund, Investment Banking Firm.
